Balfour Beatty and Enterprise open Warrington offices

CONSTRUCTION firms Balfour Beatty and Enterprise have opened offices at Lingley Mere Business Park in Warrington.
The pair have taken a combined 20,000 sq ft of space for a joint venture partnership formed to help deliver a £3bn capital expenditure programme for United Utilities.
Lingley Mere Business Park is a joint venture between United Utilities and Muse Developments. It currently contains 380,000 sq ft of office accommodation, but once complete will have a a total of 1.25 million sq ft of business space across 100 acres of landscaped parkland.
Balfour Beatty has relocated 170 of its employees to the business park, while Enterprise has also moved 100 of its employees onto the site.
The park’s existing tenants include North West Regional Fire Control Centre, EFG Matthews Furniture, MWH UK Ltd, Wates Retail and United Utilities.
Phil Mayall, senior development surveyor at Muse Developments, commented: “We are delighted that Balfour Beatty and Enterprise have relocated to Lingley Mere Business Park.
“These two massive players in the engineering industry will bring additional knowledge and financial resource into the business community in Warrington.”
