Funding key to Portal Business Park

CHESHIRE property developer Bell Meadow will today unveil its Portal Business Park.
The 40,000 sq ft scheme in Tarporley already has three occupiers and was built with the help of a £4m debt funding package from Allied Irish Bank.
The park, which has 15 units that vary in size from 2,000 to 6,000 sq ft and is looking to attract small businesses as future tenants, is adjacent to the Portal Golf and Country Club.
Philip Hartley, manager of corporate banking at Allied Irish Bank, said: “There is a strong demand for high quality office space in Cheshire.
“The site boasts a fantastic location in terms of its proximity to leisure and conference facilities and major transport links to other regional business centres.
Bell Meadow’s managing director Stuart Cranfield added: “Allied Irish Bank’s specialist knowledge and understanding of commercial property development helped us to successfully secure the future of Portal Business Park.”
