Bodybuilding Warehouse takes 21,000 sq ft in Trafford Park

SPORTS supplements business Bodybuilding Warehouse has agreed a five-year lease on a 21,000 sq ft unit at the Guinness Road Trading Estate in Trafford Park.

The landlord at the site is the Hermes Property Unit Trust (HPUT).

Guinness Road Trading Estate has 22 industrial units let to tenants such as Tri-Star Packaging, TRL, Speedy Lifting Limited and Jex Engineering.

John Barton, of letting agent WHR, said: “We have had a lot of serious interest in the units currently available at the Guinness Road Trading Estate from both local and national commerce, which is testament to the quality of the estate and the highly desirable location on one of the UK’s premier Industrial locations at Trafford Park.

“It is also an indicator that the market is beginning to turn and we are pleased to have secured this latest occupier.”
