£28m of autumn orders for Seddon

CONSTRUCTION group Seddon has won a raft of new contracts in recent months, worth around £28m to the Bolton-headquartered firm.

Regional wins include several schemes in the social housing sector, including two projects, together worth £3.1m, for Bolton at Home which will create 32 new houses.

In Wigan it is to design and build 28 homes for Wigan and Leigh Housing in a £2.2m contract, while in Liverpool it will construct 48 homes in West Kirby for Magenta Living and carry-out £1.2m worth of environmental work for Liverpool Mutual Homes.

Seddon has also been appointed to work on Circle Housing Group’s major housebuilding and regeneration framework in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
