The firm, which opened a Liverpool office this year, said she will strengthen the team and drive expansion into new business areas.
Director Kevin Lucas said: “After a great period of growth in the last 12 months, which saw us deal with cases like the trading administration of 54-store Textiles Direct and solicitor’s practices, including the £10m multi-disciplinary practice Blakemores, we are very pleased to continue our expansion with the addition of Fiona.
“Fiona’s skills and experience will allow us to grow our service offerings into niche areas where investigation and asset tracing expertise are essential.
Rae added: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Lucas Johnson at this exiting time and I am looking forward to adding my skills and knowledge of rescuing solicitors practices to those the firm already has in this specialist area together with growing the firm’s offering in the asset tracing and investigation sector.”
