Broomfield Estates buys business park unit in Bury
ALTRINCHAM-based property investor Broomfield Estates has bought a unit at Waterfold Business Park in Bury from Max and Sid Ltd.
The 5,302 sq ft unit has been bought as an investment and is currently available to let. Other companies already on the park include Dunsters Farm, College Sewing Machines and Roxtec. The park also houses a Village Hotel and a 40,000 sq ft office development.
David Nolan of selling agents Nolan Redshaw said: “There is always a strong level of enquiries when a property becomes available at Waterfold. No location is recession-proof, but there certainly is an argument to say that Waterfold has weathered the storm better than some other locations in the North West.”
