Colliers lures Peter Gallagher from p3
PETER Gallagher, a veteran of the North West commercial property sector, is leaving p3, the consultancy he co-founded to join Colliers International.
Mr Gallagher, who began his career in 1972, will be a partner in Colliers’ national offices team in Manchester.

Mr Gallagher, who launched p3 in 2008 with former colleagues from Erinaceous Philip Meakin and Paul Daye, has recently been involved in more than 1m sq.ft. of pre-let transactions at Spinningfields in Manchester.

Mr Gallagher’s property career began at chartered surveyors Dunlop Heywood, where he progressed to become head of the offices team. When the firm was acquired by Erinaceous he became a member of the national business development team and head of a team responsible for liaison with the overseas offices of the NAI Global ‘managed network’ Association. He left Erinaceous in 2007 to become a founding partner of p3 Property Consultants early the following year.
