Boss Office completes print deals
BOLTON-based office stationery supplier Boss Office Systems has acquired two small Greater Manchester print businesses.
It has bought Stockport-based Cloister Press and Dawn Print in Eccles. Both businesses went into voluntary liquidation after their owners decided to close down.
The sales were handled by Altrincham-based accountancy firm Lucas Johnson.
Director Kevin Lucas said: “These two businesses complement Boss Office’s existing services. All together it gives the company a more rounded package.”
Mr Lucas said the Eccles site was being sold by agent Sanderson Weatherall but Cloister Press would continue to trade from its premises in Bredbury. Tim Guest, the owner of Boss Office, could not be reached for comment.
