A grades for Priority Sites

DEVELOPER Priority Sites has received A grades for energy performance on a number of developments across Merseyside.

The company’s Brookfield Business Park development near Aintree and Vesty Business Park development in Bootle received an A and A+ rating on their energy performance certificates.

The certificates, which became compulsory earlier this week for all buildings sold or rented, measure the energy efficiency of buildings against a variety of benchmarks including construction, insulation, heating, ventilation and the type of power used.
