Full house at The City Works
DEVELOPER Langtree is celebrating 100 per cent occupancy at its Openshaw industrial scheme, The City Works.
Recent new tenants include Millennium Nails, Chopra Properties and Tube UK.
Langtree was advised by DTZ. Anthony O’Keefe, industrial director at DTZ, said: “This development by Langtree has been a terrific success and a tremendous good news story for East Manchester, with more than 97, 000 sq ft of newly built accommodation now occupied.”
Langtree has recently began construction on phase two of The City Works scheme which is the only industrial scheme currently being developed in East Manchester.
Seventeen small units ranging from 2,500 to 5,500 sq ft are under construction, which will be offered either for lease or sale from the end of December.
