Deals round-up: Zeus takes AIM; The Rainmaker Awards & more
A round-up from the corporate finance community.

ZEUS Capital has continued its recent golden run on AIM with a £10m fundraising for Yorkshire-based client ITM Power.

Manchester-based Zeus Capital is nominated advisor and sole broker to the clean-tech company, which will be using the equity to accelerate the roll-out of its elctrolysis technology into global markets.

Shares in another Zeus client – parcel delivery group DX – are due to start trading on AIM on Thursday this week.

The £193m DX deal is the largest corporate fundraising on AIM since 2006, and when trading begins Zeus will have acted on three of the largest five deals on AIM in the last 12 months.

The Manchester office of law firm DLA Piper advised Zeus on the DX IPO.
