Alderley Asset Management in administration

ASSET manager and financial adviser Alderley Asset Management (AAM) has fallen into administration.

Administrators from the accountancy firm Leonard Curtis were appointed to the company on February 27.

No one at either Leonard Curtis or AAM could be reached for comment.

Until 2007 the business was called Bankhall Financial Services. According to information at Companies House it is now owned by Soja Ltd whose shareholders are Robert and Pamela Angel.

The company’s website shows Mr Angel became a director in 2011. No information was available about the value of funds under management. Most recent filed accounts show it had assets of £120,775 in the year to December 2012, and liabilities of £107,682.
