New premises for Complete Demolition

MANCHESTER-based Complete Demolition has moved out of the city to Hyde with backing from the Royal Bank of Scotland.
The company, which has 45 staff, has swapped a site behind Piccadilly railway station owned by Network Rail for a two-acre space at Westbury Industrial Estate on a 10-year lease.
The family-owned firm said the move to larger premises will help revenues grow by around 20% this year. It agreed a loan with Robert Taylor at RBS’ Manchester office.
Managing director Gary Robinson said: “Operationally it also means we have greater cash flow flexibility. We’re now in a position where we can take the business to the next level and invest in our future; this is thanks to Robert and RBS.”
Mr Taylor said: “Complete Demolition is a key player in our local economy with a pivotal role as a supplier, customer and employer. Supporting businesses like this is what RBS is about. We look forward to working with them in the future.”
