APPLIANCES retailer AO World expects revenues to jump by 40% in the year to March.

The Bolton-based group, which floated in February, said its full-year figures will hit market expectations. Adjusted earnings are expected to be in line with market forecasts.

The company will announce audited results on June 5.

Technical tapes firm Scapa Group expects to meet market expectations when it posts full year figures.

It said it has benefited from a stronger second half and will be “slightly ahead” of forecasts for the year to March. It will end the year with net cash of £5.3m.

Ashton-based Scapa expects to report full year results on May 28.
