Transline sees revenues leap

RECRUITMENT consultant Transline Group saw revenues grow by more than 50% last year.

The firm said sales climbed to £107.9m in 2013. A pre-tax profit figure was not available but in 2012 it made £1.2m on sales of £70.8m.

Transline is based in Halifax and has its operational headquarters in Manchester.

The business said it had secured recruitment contracts with major internet retailers and was expanding internationally.

Managing director Paul Beasley said: “Innovating and tailoring our services to meet our clients’ needs has also been a big factor in our success. The growth is absolute testament to the unwavering hard work and dedication of the entire team.

“We’ve had a staggeringly positive first quarter this year so it looks like we will maintain our growth record and hit the £175m mark this year. We have lots contracts coming through, with plenty of vacancies. In Yorkshire alone, we have a hundred driver vacancies right now, which are ideal for people looking to be part of a successful operation with high-profile clients. This is also a real boost to the region’s jobs market.”
