Letting latest: Economic Solutions, Placefirst and Trinity Integrated Systems

TRAINING firm Economic Solutions has taken an extra 11,000 sq ft at Churchgate & Lee House in Manchester’s Oxford Street.
It has agreed a 10-year lease at the building which investment group Helical Bar bought for £34m in March from US private equity firm Angelo Gordon and Dunedin Property.
Helical Bar investment director Duncan Walker said: “We are committed to working with our tenants to accommodate their occupational requirements in the most efficient way possible. Work on the new reception and coffee shop is complete and this has transformed the building, creating an interactive space for the tenants and an impressive entrance to the building.”

DEVELOPER PlaceFirst has taken a five-year lease on 2,000 sq ft at Eastgate in Castlefield.
The company is moving from The Stables, off Parrs Wood Lane in East Didsbury, in preparation for future growth.
It employs 13 staff and expects to grow to around 20.
Founder David Smith-Milne said: “When we knew we would have to move into bigger premises, we specifically wanted a high quality refurbished building in line with our own core business values of bringing empty and dilapidated properties back into use. Eastgate and the wider Castlefield Conservation Area was felt to be an ideal location for us.”
