PJ Livesey secures £10m Santander facility

TRAFFORD Park-based construction firm PJ Livesey Group has agreed a £10m funding line with Santander Corporate & Commercial.
 
Founded in 1979 by Peter Livesey, the business has 100 staff and specialises in the restoration of period and grade II-listed buildings
 
High-profile projects include the conversion of former Lancaster hospital Lancaster Moor in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency.

Mr Livesey said: “This funding deal allows us the security to move forwards and act swiftly when suitable sites become available. Having weathered the recession, we are now in a strong position to pursue controlled growth and are eagerly seeking new opportunities.”
