Carnforth marina up for sale

AGENTS at CBRE in Manchester are looking for a buyer for a marina development in Carnforth, Lancashire.

The specialist markets team is handling the sale of Tewitfield Marina which is owned by Shirley Dennison, John Chadwick, John Waldie, Sara Dobson.

The marina has 45 furnished residential units around a marina with active moorings.

It is currently operating as a holiday accommodation business with planning permission to develop an extra 11 apartments. The guide price was not disclosed.
