ZenOffice snaps up Baron Stationers

OFFICE supplies firm ZenOffice has acquired Baron Stationers based in Heywood.

The deal will see Chadderton-based ZenOffice taking on Baron’s after-sales support including deliveries, invoices and servicing.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

ZenOffice managing director Les Kerr said: “We respect how Baron Stationers, a successful family business that has been trading locally now for over 20 years, have built that success on the principle of exceptional service. The technology and resources that we continue to bring in will only improve what’s already a first class offering.”

Baron Stationers’ managing director Philip Baron said: “When ZenOffice expressed interest in getting involved, of course I was happy to hear what they had to say. The fact they’ve enjoyed 50% growth over the last three years and now employ over 80 people says they’re serious about what they’re doing and do it very well.”
