Peter Done said: “Spinning hronline into its own company is a gamble, but I’m a betting man and I know I’m onto a winner. The business model for hronline has been a firm success and now is the right time to take it the next level, it’s time to make a great product even better. “

“My brother Fred and I back winners, we understand that apps can add great functionality to businesses and consumers, that is why we invest in great companies to build them, so backing a team to develop hronline was an easy decision, we just needed to find the right people and I think my new MD, Paul Tooth has the experience to do this.”

The hronline app allows employers and managers to manage HR records and staff holidays remotely through a secure, cloud-based services.

The system will flag up alerts if an employee has been late or sick on a regular basis.

Done added: “Developing and enhancing this product is not a rush job, I want our team to take time to get it right – it has to be different from what else is out there.  I know I have the best team in place to make it work.”
