Triple tenancy success for Albert Dock

WATERSIDE business centre Albert Dock in Liverpool is celebrating deals with three new tenants.

Think Publicity, Listen Creative and Stone Management Group have agree terms for office space within the Grade 1 listed Colonnades, Dockside, owned by Albert Dock Company.

Listen Creative, a specialist branding and design agency which has been operating in Liverpool for more than 40 years has taken 1,369sq ft of floor space, while PR and communications agency Think, have relocated to an 833sq ft unit.

Founded in 1998, Stone Management Group provide security services to businesses throughout the north of England, and have acquired a 1,228sq ft suite.

Albert Dock director David MacDonald said: “The vision for Dockside was to offer contemporary and quality office suites within the stunning Albert Dock complex.

“We understand flexibility is key. As such we are delighted to offer short term leases to reflect occupational requirements on a selection of refurbished suites. The leases are uncomplicated and rents all inclusive, which have been priced competitively when compared against other office space in the city centre.”

Lee Jones, owner, Stone Management Group, said: “We have been based in Albert Dock for over ten years now, and the rapid expansion we have seen in the past year in Stone meant that we needed a solution and Dockside is ideal.

Tony Casson, creative director at Listen Creative, said: “We chose to relocate from our Matthew Street studio to Albert Dock because of its iconic status in the heart of Liverpool Waterfront, and Dockside is such an affordable solution.”

Phil Nixon, director, Think Publicity, said: “Moving from Liverpool’s retail heart of Liverpool ONE to Albert Dock seemed a natural progression. Think is celebrating 10 years in business in 2015 and tourism is one of our biggest growth sectors. With recent account wins Titanic Hotel and Rum Warehouse, StayCentral and NYL Restaurant & Bar at Aloft Hotel, where better than to locate to one of the region’s biggest tourist attractions?”
