Compare 52 calls up PC Advisor

A TECHNOLOGY business which helps companies and consumers find the best mobile phone deals, has struck a key deal.

Compare 52, which was  founded by young entrepreneur Ashley Bailey, has boosted its online presence with a partnership with online IT portal PC Advisor.

Search technology developed by Compare52, based at Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester city centre, helps users compare more than 60,000 mobile contracts every day and will now be available on PC Advisor, which receives 21 million visitors each month.

PC Advisor is the world’s number one technology magazine website for UK audiences.

Ashley Bailey, 29, launched Compare52, which owns Comparebusinessphones.co.uk and  Compareallmobiles.co.uk, in 2014 to help individuals and business owners compare providers for mobile phones, tablets and SIM only deals.

The site aims to remove the hard work its users by helping them to quickly and efficiently find the best deals available.

Compare 52 has already struck partnerships with other comparison sites, resellers, manufacturers, distributors and media outlets.

Simon Jary, publishing director at PC Advisor, said: “The key reason we chose to partner with Compare52 is that they cater for all of our audience, whether it’s someone who is looking to get a cheaper deal personally, or a business looking at their next mobile technology investment.

“The solutions and information provided by Compare52 meet all our reader’s needs. The technology provided is simply dropped into each article with one line of code and this was a major factor in our decision to partner with them.

Compare52 has has five full time staff, with offices in Manchester and London, and is looking to hire more staff this year.

Ashley Bailey said: “The progress the team has made on 2015 in phenomenal, The PC Advisor contract is the first of many big brands we’re working on, with some very exciting partnerships being announced in the retail, IT and media sectors over the next few months.”
