Property specialist gets deal to sell 120 apartments

CBRE’s National Residential Investment team has been appointed to bring to market 120 apartments at Kings Dock Mill in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

Kings Dock Mill is a completed mixed-use development occupying a prime location on Tabley Street, opposite the Albert Dock, and incorporates a Hampton by Hilton 150 bedroom hotel, 3,000sq ft of commercial space and retail units in addition to 192 residential apartments; 72 of which have already been sold.

CBRE has been instructed by a private client to bring the remaining 120 fully let apartments to market for an undisclosed sum and is now inviting interest from investors seeking high quality residential units in the thriving Baltic Triangle area of Liverpool city centre.

The Kings Dock Mill apartments are built over 11 floors, around two courtyards, offering security and privacy as well as fantastic views of the Mersey and Liverpool’s Pier Head and Albert Dock.
