Accountancy firm rebrands

A LONG-established accountancy firm is rebranding itself in to make the firm more approachable to a wider audience.

Cheshire-based Tax Matters Accountants is to be known as Beans with funding support from NatWest.

The firm operates from two offices one in Crewe and the other Warrington, and specialises in tax accountancy for small businesses and the self-employed.

Tax Matters Accountants’ customer-base includes new business start ups, sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, charities, CIS contractors and personal tax payers.

The rebrand to Beans comes as it looks to target the growing start up market in Cheshire. It has also invested in its social media and created a new logo as part of its branding.

David Rodick, the business’s principal ICAEW qualified accountant, said: “We want to challenge people’s perceptions of accountants with the rebranding. While we will continue to deliver high standard professional services, we want to make the firm more approachable and friendly, and believe the Beans brand will help us achieve this and give us something unique to market.”

The full rebranding which has been supported by Workshop Marketing was launched this month.  David has been a NatWest customer for 10 years and turned to NatWest relationship manager Cheryl Mills for support on this latest project.

He said said: “NatWest and Cheryl supported the launch of our Crewe and Warringotn offices, and have an excellent understanding of our business goals.”

Mills added: “I was delighted to support the launch Beans. David and his firm run an excellent firm and have exciting plans for the future. I wish them every success in achieving their business aspirations.”
