Just Childcare swoops for Giggles

LYTHAM-based children’s day nursery Giggles has been acquired by Manchester-based Just Childcare.

Just Childcare is an acquisitive family-run business with 15 sites in the region. Since 2014 the Denton-based company has been backed by private equity investor Phoenix.

Advisers on the transaction for Giggles were Matthew Catterall from Taylors Solicitors in Manchester, along with Jeff Barber and Emma Jones from BTG Corporate Finance.
