Property partnership gets £1.3m bank boost

PROPERTY investment partnership Talbot Road Properties has secured a new £1.3m funding deal with Royal Bank of Scotland. 

The Manchester based company owns a large commercial office property at 100 Talbot Road in Old Trafford, which has recently been let in its entirety to law firm Simpson Millar.  

The new facility with Royal Bank of Scotland via relationship director Steve Taylor has enabled the business to align its funding requirements with the new lease.
