Danish investors buy chunk of business park

A GROUP of Danish private investors have paid £6.5m for a significant freehold parcel of land in Knowsley Business Park, Merseyside.

The 5.44-acre site includes an 82,000sq ft property, constructed in 2000 and currently used as a production facility by BOSCH AG.

The Danish investors had been leasing and subletting the property since 2005 from Topland Group.

Manchester and Copenhagen-based Nectar Asset Management carried out the purchase.
