Now electric car outlet gets solar power

SOME 45 solar panels have been installed on the roof of the Tesla Motors outlet in the Cheshire town of Knutsford.

It is the first scheme of its time rolled out by Tatton Estate Management Utilities, led by Craig Dixon Goode and Henry Brooks.

The mono crystalline panels add additional energy to facilities provided by Monckton Properties (part of the Tatton Estate) whose latest occupiers include Tesla and 24 hour gym Anytime Fitness.

Tesla is the specialist US-based electric car company which launched its outlet in Knutsford a year ago.

TEM Utilities says it plans in the coming months to roll out a series of sustainable energy solutions across a host of client properties, including farms, residential units and other retail occupiers such as the Conservative Club, soon-to-be home of luxury furniture retailer OKA Interiors.

Renewables are just one area where TEM Utilities offers commercial advice, the company is also working with clients to deliver essential services such as water, power, telecoms and drainage.

It is  also offer ingguidance to individuals and businesses regarding site acquisitions, sustainable solutions, and damage and compensation claims.

Dixon Goode, director of TEM Utilities, said: “TEM Utilities was established to help clients navigate the utilities sector.
