Medical rehabilitation specialist swoops for rival

HOLDING company FL360 which owns Chorley-based Speed Medical Examination Services, the UK’s largest provider of medico-legal reports and rehabilitation services, has bought a majority shareholding in Corpore TTN.

FL360 managing director Graham Pulford said the deal was part of a plan to “strategically address the growing medical assessment, case management and treatment sector”.

FL360 is name behind North West-headquartered Speed Medical, Motorplus, Medical Legal Appointments and Aim Legal Expenses.

Pulford said Coprore TTN would remain an entirely independent business based in Bristol and but would benefit from enhanced investment into its products and services and “underline its credentials as one of the largest rehabilitation and injury management companies in the UK.”

The value of the deal has not be disclosed
