PR agency toasts top company ranking

COMMUNICATIONS agency Tangerine is celebrating after being named one of the best consultancies to work for by the internationally renowned Holmes Report.

Tangerine received an honourable mention in the Best UK Consultancy to Work For category, based on the results of a survey by the Holmes Report of consultancies across the EMEA region.

The Holmes Report obtains anonymous employee views on a number of issues, ranging from the integrity of senior management to the quality of professional development, from empowerment and risk-taking, to compensation.

Sandy Lindsay MBE, Tangerine founder and chair, said: “At Tangerine, we know that our primary asset is our team. This is precisely why we invest so much in our people, offering extensive training to help our colleagues build on their expertise, and nurturing the next generation of communications professionals through The Juice Academy apprenticeship programme.

“To have all of this work recognised by the Holmes Report is a real honour, demonstrating our commitment to providing the best possible working environment for people at all levels in the consultancy.”

Other consultancies alongside Tangerine in this category include Unity, Cirkle and Hope & Glory.

The Holmes Report Best Consultancy to Work For awards will be given at the SABRE Awards dinner in Berlin on the May 25. Tangerine will also be there to find out if it is to collect a Gold SABRE Award in Community Relations for its work on the Building Better Communities competition for builders’ merchant, Jewson.
