MBO at niche vehicle rental firm

VEHICLE rental firm Assured Vehicle Rental based in Manchester has undergone a management buyout of its entire issued share capital.

The company provides a specialist service with a niche for sourcing commercial, prestige and unusual vehicles for corporate clients.

It has also developed a reputation as a ‘unique service provider’ and offers access to vehicles as diverse as hiab cranes, snow ploughs, motor homes and supercars.

Colin Walker, operations director at Assured Vehicle Rental, commented: “Andrew Brown and his team at Myerson have provided a great service in advising me on the sale of my shares in the business. I look forward to seeing the business progress and expand under new management.”

Altrincham commercial law firm Myerson Solicitors has advised on the deal.
