Law firm’s revenue tops £63m

TOP 60 law firm Freeths has revealed record figures and a new managing partner.

Freeths, which has an office in Manchester, has posted an annual income of £63.8m – a 14.37% increase from 2015.

Freeths has 11 offices across the UK, and has seen staff numbers increase from 683 in 2015 to a current total of 742.

John May, managing partner for Manchester said: “The news of our financial achievements, locally and nationally, is testament to the hard work of our staff.

“We recognise that these successful financial results were only achieved by all members of staff putting in a great deal of hard work and commitment over the past 12 months.

“As a result, all staff have been rewarded with a 6.65% bonus payment in May. We work hard as a team to deliver the results our clients want and we are lucky to also be able to invest time and resource to the local community, in schemes such as Right to Read and various charity fundraising events, which we look forward to continuing throughout the year.”
