Corporate finance firm brokers transatlantic deal

MANCHESTER-based corporate finance firm Camlee Group has brokered the acquisition of Midlands-based manufacturer Truflow Hydraulic Components by US giant Brennan Industries.

The deal is seen as a means of Brennan growing its presence in the European markets. The terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Lee Wojtkiw, director of the Camlee Group, led the transaction on behalf of the vendors.

He said: “I’m delighted that we have successfully concluded the sale of Truflow.

“This transatlantic deal will enable Brennan to expand into the UK and European market and ensure that (it) can continue its own development with the backing and support of a global player.”
