Merger creates £12m turnover cleaning business

A £12M turnover business has been created following the merger of two cleaning and maintenance businesses.

Leeds-based Care Facility Management has merged with Cleanall Services from Preston.

The combined group will be called the Aston Services Group, with both brands coming under the one banner at the end of 2016.

“We are extremely excited by this merger – Care has a great name in Security and Maintenance,” says Ian Gilston, managing director of Cleanall. “These service provisions fit neatly with our established cleaning business. We will be maintaining our unrivalled people centric approach to customer service, as Aston Service Group becomes a bigger player in the industry.”

James Wheeler, managing director of Care Facility Management, said: “We are delighted by this coming together of two highly successful northern businesses – Cleanall’s ethos fits with our core philosophy – that of developing our people to enhance our customers’ businesses.

“We are well established as the ‘go-to’ specialists in shopping centre market sector and we look forward to breaking new portfolios and customers, as the Aston Services Group.”
