Assets of failed engineering company sold

THE assets of engineering company DSF Delmee which went into administration at the end of August has been sold to an independent third party.

Chris Ratten and Jeremy Woodside of RSM Restructuring Advisory announced the sale of the Blackburn company’s physical assets, including heavy machinery.

Some 16 staff were made redundant and a further employee was retained until 12 September to assist with the sale of assets to maximise realisations for creditors.

Their claims are being dealt with by the Redundancy Payments Service.
