Sharks boosted by returning sponsor

SALE Sharks rugby union club is welcoming back Printerland.co.uk as sponsor of the Family Stand at the AJ Bell Stadium in Salford.
Altrincham-based Printerland.co.uk is the UK’s largest independent re-seller of printers and consumables in the UK and has been long-time supporters of Sale Sharks.
The company sponsored the famous Cheadle end of the club’s previous home ground Edgely Park and were part of the corporate family that helped to build sell-out crowds and a Premiership winning team in 2006.
Following the announcement of new owners CorpAcq – a Manchester based corporate acquisitions and investment company controlled by Simon Orange, brother of Take That pop star Jason – and a new board of directors in the summer, co-owner of Printerland.co.uk James Knight said it was the right time to come back.
He said: “We were incredibly proud to be partners of Sale Sharks back in the Edgeley Park days. However, it truly feels like a new era for the club and we’re excited to return to the fold and support the team back to the top, both on and off the pitch.”
Printerland.co.uk co-owner Graham Vickers said:“It is great to be back involved with Sale Sharks. We do a lot of work with our local community and schools in the region and we look forward to extending our partnership with Sharks to support these projects and introduce rugby to a new audience that may not previously had the chance to attend a match.”
Commercial director and club ambassador Mark Cueto said: “It is fantastic to see Printerland.co.uk back on our stand. Having been a big sponsor in the past, it is great to have them on board again and we look forward to working with them over the upcoming season.”
