He will join the board of FTSE 250 company Bodycote on November 1 2016, and  take up his new finance on January 2 2017 succeeding David Landless.

Landless announced his intention to retire from the board on February 25 after serving 17 years with Bodycote. He will remain in post into the New Year to ensure an effective transition.

He had also worked for LM Windpower and Symrise AG as chief financial officer. Stephen Harris, group chief executive of Bodycote said: “I am delighted to welcome Dominique to the Group.  His experience of international multi site businesses makes him a great fit for Bodycote and he will be a tremendous addition to the team.

“I also want to thank David Landless who has been with Bodycote for more than 17 years and who has made an outstanding contribution to the group.

“He has been a loyal and inspirational colleague to many and he will leave with our gratitude for the considerable effort he has expended over this period. We wish him all the best in the next stage of his career as he grows his non-executive director portfolio.”
