Specialist law firm seals £5m bank deal
SPECIALIST law firm Roberts Jackson Solicitors has secured a £5m finance package from NatWest to support the firm’s future growth and development aspirations.
The law firm, which is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire was established in 2009 to provide legal services to those suffering from work-related occupational diseases.
Roberts Jackson is now Legal 200 listed, and a member of The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and The Law Society of England and Wales.
The new funding will be used to refinance existing borrowings at a lower overall cost, and to support the firm’s growth and development aspirations, particularly with regard to the development of a new digital platform and a quicker and more customer centric legal process.
Karen Jackson, chief executive at Roberts Jackson, said: “This deal underlines the firm`s strong performance this year and its exciting plans for future growth in an ever changing regulatory market.”
The deal was supported by Nick Leeland, relationship director at NatWest, and Mike Malone, director on the bank’s structured finance team.
