£1.5m turnover business acquired by print firm

PRINT and IT solutions provider Hague Print which has an office in Manchester has completed the acquisition of Custom Forms, a trade supplier specialising in accountancy forms.
West Yorkshire-headquartered Hague Print acquired print manager SRPM at the beginning of the year and declared at the time it was planning on continue to look at acquisition opportunities in line with their growth strategy.
Based in Hinckley in Leicestershire, Custom Forms was established over 22 years ago. The £1.5m turnover business employs nine staff and specialises in original and compatible forms for use with all the popular accounting and payroll software packages including IRIS, Pegasus and Sage. It has contracts in place with large office supplies distributors.
Graham Wain, managing director at Hague, said: “Custom Forms are leaders in their market and will be a great addition to The Hague group of companies. They also have strong e-commerce capabilities which we are planning to build on to extend the range of products and services available to our respective customers.”

As well as SRPM, Hague also acquired a security print specialist in Melbourne, Australia following the successful set-up of an office in Sydney and has secured new contracts with software and hardware resellers in the US.
Custom Forms will keep operating from Hinckley and will continue to trade as Custom Forms.
