Law firm breaks the £1m revenue barrier

BLACKSTONE Solicitors in Hale, Greater Manchester has topped the £1m revenue milestone – an increase of 34% on the previous year – and is forecasting a further 50% increase in 2017.

This follows the recent completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business programme by Blackstone managing director Emma Nawaz.

The four-month programme was aimed to equipping business leaders with the skills and tools needed to turn potential growth into real success.

The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business programme is an investment to help entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity by providing greater access to education, capital and business support services.

Nawaz said: “It was a truly amazing experience and taught me to aim even higher and gave me the skills to do so.

“Blackstone has come a long way since our launch in 2010 and I am proud to lead such a professional team.

“Undoubtedly the skills that I have learnt through the Goldman Sachs programme will help Blackstone to go on to even greater things. I really am grateful for this impressive learning experience.

“Our business plan is firmly in place for 2017 and we are aiming for a 50% growth.  I strongly believe that this is achievable and 2 months into our new financial year we have 100% growth upon the first 2 months of the previous year.”
