AO World parts company with non-exec director

Bolton-based online domestic appliances company AO World has announced the three-year term of non-executive director Rudi Lamprecht will expire on February 16 and by mutual agreement his tenure will not be renewed.

“The board thanks Rudi for his contribution during his time and wishes him well for his future endeavours,” a statement said.

The company’s nomination committee will now start the search for a replacement in the coming months. In the interim, Brian McBride will replace Lamprecht on the company’s audit committee and Geoff Cooper will join the remuneration committee.
