Appointments: Knight Frank and RPS appoint surveyors

KNIGHT Frank’s North West industrial team has appointed David Nuttall as a surveyor in its Manchester office.

Nuttal joins from Bury-based property agency Nolan Redshaw, where he spent the past five years working on industrial, office and development schemes across the North West.

At Knight Frank, he will work with colleagues Rob Taylor and Jane Ravi, head of North West industrial, with clients such as CBRE Investors, Prupim, CDP and Spencer Holdings.

Altrincham-based Regional Property Solutions have appointed Daniel Lee as a surveyor.

Lee, who was previously with DTZ/Donaldsons in Manchester, will be responsible for handling the disposals and acquisitions of office, retail and industrial properties across south Manchester.
