Ex-Modus director back in business
A FORMER director of Manchester-based Modus Properties has moved back into property after launching his own business.
Richard McGawley, who spent 17 years with Modus, has set up Pulse Partnerships to work in retail property development.
He said the firm would specialise in retail-led, mixed use schemes which it would retain within its own investment portfolio. It has already begun working up a number of schemes across the North and the Midlands.
