Appointments: Parkwood FD to go; Trett hires duo

TERRY Bowman, finance director of listed Lancashire support services company Parkwood Holdings, is to leave the business.

In a statement Parkwood, which manages golf courses and leisure centres for local authorities, said Mr Bowman wanted to return to the interim management sector.

Executive chairman Tony Hewitt said: “We are sorry to lose Terry. His contribution to the continuing growth of the business and professionalism during his time with the group will be missed. We wish him well for the future. A new group finance director will be appointed in due course.”

TRETT Consulting, the engineering and construction company, has strengthened its North West team by appointing two senior consultants, Darren Brown and David Hugill.

Mr Hugill has over 25 years’ experience in commercial and cost management with contractor and consultancy organisations. Mr Brown joins Trett after 15 years with national contractors, and has extensive experience in both planning and project management. Both will be based Trett’s Manchester office.
