Mike Rooney of WHR Property Consultants, which represented the purchaser, adds: “In the last three months, WHR has acquired nearly 500,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation for clients and we are currently in the process of acquiring a further 150,000 sq ft unit for another occupier and are selling a 100,000 sq ft unit in Cheshire.
We have never been busier proving that there are deals to be done even in these tough times.”
