Work starts at Seddon’s Axis Point

CONSTRUCTION work has begun at Axis Point, a new £5m industrial development at Hareshill Business Park in Heywood. 

The 55,000 sq ft mix of industrial, warehouse and business units is being speculatively developed by Bolton-based Seddon Developments.

Construction of a total of 16 units is due for completion this summer and has already sold 9,500 sq ft to Vision Commercial Kitchens.

Jamie Seddon, of Seddon Developments, said:  “There is very little – if any – of this type of speculative accommodation currently being developed in the North West, but we believe there is still a requirement in the market.  We have already received a lot of interest in our scheme as demonstrated by the two units that we have sold prior to this early stage. ”
