St Helens Chamber triumphs at national awards

ST HELENS Chamber has been announced as Chamber of the Year at the British Chambers of Commerce’s national awards.

The Chamber has won a number of individual category awards at the ceremony over the past four years and has become the only chamber to win its main award twice.

Accepting the award on behalf of the chamber, chairman Steve Gange said: “Winning this award is particularly satisfying as it means our work to support the businesses and people of St Helens has been officially recognised.

“The award is a testament to the hard work of our management and staff and confirms that we’re getting it right and delivering a quality, relevant service for our Members.

The chamber has more than 1,250 members and one of the highest penetration rates of Chamber membership in the country.
