Belledorm beds in at the Lowry

BED linen firm Belledorm has become the latest homeware retailer to open its doors at the Lowry Outlet Mall.
The news comes as sales at the Salford designer outlet are up 11% up for the first eleven weeks of the year, while footfall is up 10% – bucking the national trend.
Belledorm’s 2,247 sq ft unit will be situated on the ground floor and the retailer expects to create five jobs when it opens at the end of April.
Based at Keasrsley Mill near Manchester, the company was founded by Vimal Ruia from Mumbai in the 1950s. It sells plain dye Egyptian cotton bed linen.
Robert Hallworth, centre manager at Lowry Outlet Mall: said: “We’ve been very mindful about the tenants we have and the ones we would like to be working with.
“Belledorm is the latest signing just weeks behind Bella Italia and we are working hard to bring even more exciting brands to join us later in the year.”
