Alex Duckett is the Managing Director at Gilbanks, a premium serviced office provider dedicated to helping professional businesses and individuals thrive. He oversees the creation, sales and operation of aspirational, productive, and contemporary working environments at centres across Leeds and Manchester.

A chartered surveyor by background, Alex focuses on building long-term and trusted relationships with clients and advisers. With extensive experience in the commercial property sector, including roles at Savills and Knight Frank, he is passionate about how workspaces can empower individuals and enable companies to cultivate unique cultures.

Beyond his professional work, Alex is actively involved with various charities, including The Ripon Cathedral Music Trust, and most recently, he has taken on the role of Chairman of the Luma Foundation.
