My HR career has taken me across diverse industries – pharmaceutical services, market research, defence, and outsourced sales & marketing giving me a deep understanding of different workplace cultures and what makes businesses tick.

For the past nine years at P3 People Management, I’ve had the privilege of working with fantastic SME businesses across professional services and manufacturing. I thrive on building strong relationships, tackling complex employment matters, and coaching managers to drive positive outcomes.

My focus is employee relations, helping businesses reduce risk, navigate tricky HR challenges, and implement change projects that enhance efficiency and workplace culture. I bring practical, commercial solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.

What I love most about working with SMEs is the personal connection. You’re not just another client number. I get to know your business, your people, and what success looks like for you.

Outside of HR, I’m a self-confessed magpie, always on the lookout for unique homewares and trinkets. Running is my reset button. I completed my first 10K in 2022 and even pushed through a half marathon. Fresh air and endorphins keep me going!
